Variable Speed or Step-Pulley Headstock The CLAUSING/Kondia step pulley models offer (8) speeds ranging from 85 to 3,000 rpm, while variable speed models provide an infinite speed range from 60 to 4,000 rpm, with simplified dialselected speed settings. FV-300 Heavy Duty Milling Machine The FV-300 mill features a heavy-duty knee assembly with large square ways supporting the saddle. Wider knee provides 50% more support area, and larger saddle provides 40% more support than the FV-1 series for increased rigidity and accuracy. counterbalances the weight of the knee, saddle, and table. Ways are precision machined, hardened, and ground, then covered with Turcite to reduce friction. Cross sliding ways are protected by steel telescoping covers with rubber wipers.

Features: Designed for productivity, the new CLAUSING/Kondia CNC Mill offers a 3 h.p. spindle motor with infinitely variable speeds from 60 to 4000 rpm. The machine features travels of 24" on the X axis, 14"on the Y axis, and 5" on the Z axis plus 161/2" knee travel. All three axes are driven by 29 lnllb DC Servos and premium recirculating ball-bearing leadscrews. Ways are hardened and ground. The Delta 1OM CNC control is pendant mounted, with all system electricals in a single, attached enclosure.
